In this document, the term “Session” is used to replace “Booking Date”.

This Booking Refund Policy governs the refund process for bookings made through True North Retreat Centre ("we," "us," or "our"). By making a booking with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Refund Policy. Please read it carefully before proceeding.

1. Refund Eligibility

1.1. Eligible Bookings: Refunds may be provided for eligible bookings, which are bookings that meet the criteria outlined in this Refund Policy and any additional terms and conditions specified at the time of booking.

2. Refund Requests

​

2.1. Submission: To request a refund for an eligible booking, you must submit a refund request through the appropriate channels as specified by us, which may include contacting our customer support team, logging into your account on our website, or using any other designated method.

2.2. Deadline: Refund requests must be submitted within the applicable deadline specified for your booking. Late refund requests may not be accepted, and refunds may not be provided.

3. Refund Process

3.1. Review: Upon receiving a refund request, we will review the request to determine eligibility based on the criteria outlined in this Refund Policy and any applicable terms and conditions.

3.2. Approval: If the refund request is approved, we will process the refund according to the original payment method used for the booking, unless otherwise specified.

3.3. Timing: Refunds will be processed within a reasonable period following approval of the refund request. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.

4. Refund Amount

4.1. Partial Refunds: If a booking cancellation occurs at least 15 days prior to the booking, you will receive a Full Refund, minus tax.  If your booking cancellation occurs from 16 days prior to the actual booking date, you will receive only a $250 refund.

4.2. Deductions: Refunds will be subject to deductions for any applicable fees, penalties, or non-refundable portions of the booking, as specified in this Refund Policy or at the time of booking.

5. Modification and Termination

5.1. Modification: We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other platforms.

5.2. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services or cancel any bookings at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this Refund Policy.

6. Refund Policy

In this section, the term “Session” is used to replace “Booking Date”.

 

1. **Cancellation Window**: If you cancel prior to 15 days of the “Session”, you can request a partial refund or re-schedule your weekend.

 

2. **Cancellation Fees**: The cancellation fee for cancelling your “Session” within 15 days or more, there is NO Cancellation Fee.

 

3. **Partial Cancellation Fee**: If you cancel within 15 days of your “Session”, you will receive a Partial Refund, minus fees.

 

4. **Refund Method**: Refunds are processed back to the original payment method, or as a re-schedule of your “Session”.

 

5. **Refund Processing Time**: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

 

6. **Cancellation Policy**: The refund policy is subject to the Cancellation Policy.
